Imran backs DG Rangers amid PPP onslaught
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan today put his weight behind Sindh Rangers in the face of strong criticism from the PPP and its government about the paramilitary rangers force.“The whole Karachi knows how mafias are operating in the city,” Khan told media persons after attending the hearing of Inquiry Commission probing claims of systematic rigging in the last general elections.
“Asif Ali Zarari has used very harsh language against army while Nawaz Sharif has come to his rescue,” he said.

To a question, he said that opposition parties should ask for the resignation of Nawaz Sharif before demanding the same to the PTI-led government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
